Boston students track their academic progress.
Listen to a story on WBUR today about students at Brook Farm Academy who are tracking their progress to graduation.
Until recently, many Boston students were unclear where they stood on the path to graduation and college eligibility. The Boston Public Schools, with support from BPE, has recently launched a graduation progress tracker that puts key data in one place, helping individual students see where they stand. This new tool has the potential to empower students to put effort where it counts and advocate for the courses and support they need.
BPE's data partnership with Brook Farm Academy is supported by a grant from the National Grid Foundation.
Read a press release to learn how the Boston Public Schools plans to use this tool to help increase graduation rates.
