At Dudley Street Neighborhood Charter School, we teach the skills students need to excel in today’s world — all in an environment that supports their intellectual, social, emotional, and personal growth. There is a wonderful sense of community here and a high level of family engagement. We offer programs through our Special Education and English Language Learner Programs, for students who need more specialized support. Dudley Street Neighborhood Charter School is open for enrollment to ALL students in Grades K1, K2, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 residing in the Boston Public School district.

Step 1
Applications open November 1, 2024 and are due by Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available seats, we will hold a lottery on Thursday, March 6, 2024 at 6 Shirley Street. See below for more information on applying and receiving acceptance after this date!
We welcome all families to attend the lottery, but attendance is NOT MANDATORY to claim a seat should you receive one.
We encourage you to apply before the deadline, as any submissions after will be added to a rolling waitlist. DSNCS will reach out as seats become available

Contact Admission staff to update any information that may have changed after submitting your application. If we’re not able to get in touch with you, you may miss out an opportunity to join our school community.

Dudley Street School forms a Prek-12 pathway with Dearborn STEM Academy. All Dudley Street School students have a guaranteed seat at Dearborn STEM for grades 6-12.
